(English version below)Hace unos días escuché una conferencia de una amiga llamada Patricia Pérez, ella es facilitadora de Biodanza y también coach en emprendimiento y negocios. Esta conferencia tuvo lugar en el III Encuentro Nacional de Biodanza Venezuela celebrado el mes pasado en la ciudad de Caracas y el tema fue “10 pasos para iniciar tu proyección en redes sociales como profesor de Biodanza”.
Su enfoque me pareció muy interesante, además de que hiló cada aspecto de forma brillante, y entre su discurso dijo una frase que me llamó poderosamente la atención y quiero compartirla con ustedes en esta reflexión, ella dijo:
“Tenemos para hacer de todo, pero necesitamos hacerlo, nadie lo va hacer por ti”
Para ponerlos un poco en contexto, ella hablaba del tipo de información que puedes publicar en tus redes sociales, y cómo puedes enfocar tu contenido para entregar una propuesta de valor, mencionaba por ejemplo que un facilitador de biodanza podía publicar testimonios de sus participantes, así como los propios, información sobre el sistema en diferentes formatos, hacer una propuesta interactiva, compartir imágenes o videos sobre alguna sesión, entre otros.
Decía que aún y cuando el tema central fuera la biodanza, podías agregar información de valor que fuera congruente con la propuesta y al mismo tiempo que fuera útil y atractiva para el público. Siguió dando ejemplos y allí cerró la idea con la frase que les mencioné arriba: “Tenemos para hacer de todo”.
Esto captó mi atención porque he sido un poco reticente a las redes sociales, en especial a Instagram, y creo que tenía una especie de excusa para justificar mi inactividad en la idea de que no tenía mayor cosa que hacer en mi cuenta, y escuchando esta frase me di cuenta que no eran más que excusas de mi parte y que ciertamente era una premisa super errónea.
Luego fui un poco más allá, en mi reflexión seguí llevando esta frase a otros aspectos y en el caso de los emprendimientos en general me resulta totalmente aplicable, porque cuando inicias un proyecto y deseas que este sea exitoso debes estar dispuesto hacer ese todo, que incluye ofrecer un producto o servicio de calidad, resolver un problema o atender una necesidad, invertir dinero y esfuerzo en tu emprendimiento, comunicar y en fin, ejecutar una larga lista de tareas para hacerlo posible.
Si tienes una mentalidad cerrada a las redes sociales y a la tecnología, es posible que se cierren algunas posibilidades importantes de crecimiento, es por ello, que dentro del maletín de herramientas que debe tener un emprendedor creo que debe estar la “disposición de hacer de todo”.
Otro punto que quiero resaltar de esa frase es el impulso que necesitamos para llevar ese propósito, porque a veces nos quedamos en la idea o en el deseo, pero en cuanto a la acción se refiere nos falta esa chispa de movimiento que permite el desarrollo de eso que queremos. Entonces no basta con querer, debemos hacerlo y hacernos cargo de lo que nos corresponde sin esperar a que otro nos resuelva o nos de un empujoncito, y es aquí tal vez que se nos caigan un montón de ideas de emprendimiento.
Sigo en esta reflexión y me surgen otras inquietudes que quiero compartir con ustedes y dejarles estas preguntas:
¿Estás consciente de tu potencial creador y lo que hay en tu haber de posibilidades para hacer?
¿Cómo puedes ir más allá en tu emprendimiento? ¿Estás haciendo ese todo?
¿Tienes facilidad para emprender una idea o proyecto? En caso contrario ¿Cuáles son esas limitaciones que pueden impedírtelo?
¿Qué necesitas para tener ese arrojo de dar el siguiente paso? (ojo: esto aplica para todo en la vida, no solo para emprendimientos de negocio).
Avanzar, dar ese siguiente paso hacia nuestro objetivo debe ser nuestro norte, y si tomamos nuestra vida en sí misma como un emprendimiento, creo que resultaría interesante preguntarnos qué nos está impidiendo avanzar hacia lo que queremos en este momento.

This caught my attention because I have been a bit reticent about social networks, especially Instagram, and I think I had a kind of excuse to justify my inactivity in the idea that I didn't have much to do on my account, and listening to this phrase I realized that it was nothing more than excuses on my part and that it was certainly a wrong premise.
Then I went a little further, in my reflection I continued taking this phrase to other aspects and in the case of entrepreneurship in general I find it totally applicable, because when you start a project and you want it to be successful you must be willing to do everything, which includes offering a quality product or service, solve a problem or meet a need, invest money and effort in your venture, communicate and finally, run a long list of tasks to make it possible.
If you have a closed mentality to social networks and technology, it is possible that some important possibilities of growth are closed, that is why, within the briefcase of tools that an entrepreneur must have, I believe that the "willingness to do everything" must be there.
Another point I want to highlight in this phrase is the impulse we need to carry that purpose, because sometimes we stay in the idea or desire, but as far as action is concerned we lack that spark of movement that allows the development of what we want. Then it is not enough to want, we must do it and take charge of what corresponds to us without waiting for someone else to solve or give us a little push, and it is here perhaps that we drop a lot of ideas of entrepreneurship.
I continue in this reflection and other concerns arise that I want to share with you and leave you with these questions:
Are you aware of your creative potential and what there is in your credit of possibilities to do?
How can you go beyond your creative potential?
How can you go further in your venture? Are you doing it all?
Are you doing it all?
Do you have the facility to undertake an idea or project? If not, what are those limitations that may prevent you from doing so? *What do you need to do to get started?
What do you need to have the courage to take the next step (note: this applies to everything in life, not just business ventures)?
Moving forward, taking that next step towards our goal should be our north, and if we take our life itself as a venture, I think it would be interesting to ask ourselves what is preventing us from moving towards what we want right now.

Hola @miriannalis, me ha resultado fascinante y muy importante tu contenido. Definitivamente como emprendedores debemos estar dispuestos a hacer de todo incluyendo el uso de las redes sociales, debemos ir al ritmo de la tecnología pero como nos cuesta a veces y me incluyo. Bueno, por pura casualidad he llegado hasta aquí, y creo que estaba destinado porque este tema lo he tenido dando vueltas en mi cabeza estos días, ya que tengo mucho en mente para iniciar el 2024 con buen pie. 2023 ha sido mi peor año por muchas razones y era necesaria una pausa a pesar de que nunca dejé de trabajar, pero no hubo tiempo para explorar ni expandir mis horizontes porque necesitaba reencontrar mi paz mental. Gracias por compartir esa poderosa frase, me la llevo conmigo ❤️
Eso es sumamente importante sino tenemos paz mental creo que cualquier esfuerzo que hagamos no tendrá los frutos esperados y a veces hay momentos en la vida que prácticamente nos obligan a parar para encontrar ese espacio calmo dentro de nosotros... después de esto, estoy segura que el 2024 estarás repotenciado, pido a los ángeles por ello.
