Con un gran deseo de iniciar y poseer un negocio, tantos nombres de marca en el aire en desarrollo y realmente haciendo ola masiva en todo el mundo. Y voy a decir hasta cierto punto, la noción que se ha transmitido a través de muchas personas acerca de la noción en la sociedad es el hecho de que si usted no posee realmente un negocio, usted está etiquetado como no ha tenido éxito financieramente.

Ahora lo que realmente quiero decir con eso, la verdad del asunto es, nadie quiere hacer realmente un trabajo de 9-5 más debido a un montón de razones en realidad mejor conocido por algunos, pero voy a decir una de las razones es el hecho de que todo el mundo quiere ser un propietario. Y este hecho en particular ha hecho que la gente se apresure a crear negocios estén listos o no.

Ahora de vuelta a mi tema de hoy, en realidad quiero hablar de la razón por la que muchas personas de negocios realmente se estrelló. ¿Sabe usted que esta es la razón por la que está sucediendo ahora. Vemos algunas personas iniciar un negocio y en cuestión de tiempo, el negocio se desvanecen. Muchos negocios no tienen la capacidad de resistir el paso del tiempo. Un poco de frustración o desaliento por los dueños de negocios, que rápidamente se cierran.

Ahora qué sucede, he hecho mi poca investigación y también con la experiencia del pasado, he venido descubrir realmente que va más allá de apenas comenzar. Muchos de los negocios que empiezan no tienen una estructura precisa para su mantenimiento. Que quiero decir con esto, hay muchos negocios que cuando empiezan, no deberian haber empezado porque la verdad es que algunos solo se crean por celo y nada mas.

Cuando deberían haber empezado, el negocio no debería haber empezado. Incluso me he dado cuenta de que muchos de ellos ni siquiera han investigado bien el negocio antes de ponerlo en marcha. Otra cosa es que tengas una idea de negocio y otra que hagas la investigación necesaria para ponerlo en marcha. Muchas personas se apresuran a poner en marcha el negocio porque tienen la idea, pero no se dan cuenta de que aún no es el momento.

Muchas empresas también fracasan debido a una mala gestión, ya sea por parte del propietario o de las personas que trabajan en la empresa. Cuando el sistema de gestión es deficiente, se toman decisiones equivocadas que arruinan la empresa, lo cual no debería ser así.

Una de las razones por las que también descubrí que muchas empresas se estrellan es porque no hacen un uso adecuado de la herramienta del cliente. Muchas empresas sólo buscan cantidad en lugar de calidad. Este punto hacia abajo a lo que dije en mi último post. Creo que realmente hablo de la importancia de la calidad sobre la cantidad en los negocios. Como propietario de un negocio, una de las cosas que realmente hay que entender es el hecho de que su cliente es su herramienta de éxito en su negocio. Debes aprender a escuchar sus comentarios y hacer un uso adecuado de ellos antes de que se te vayan de las manos.

Me gustaría detenerme aquí. Si estás leyendo este post y estás pensando en poner en marcha un negocio, haz una pausa, piénsalo bien y asegúrate de que tienes las estrategias y estructuras necesarias para mantenerlo en marcha. Con eso, su negocio no caerá en las categorías de negocios que se pliegan.

With a lot of desire to actually start and own business, so many names of brand up in the air developing and really making massive wave all across the whole world. And I will say to an extent, the notion that has been passed across to many people about the notion in the society is the fact that if you don't actually own a business, you are tagged as not been successful financially.

Now what do I really mean by that, the truth of the matter is , nobody wants to actually do a 9-5 job any longer due to a lot of reasons actually best known to some but I will say one of the reason is the fact that everyone want to be a owner. And this particular fact has made people to rush into creating business whether they are ready or not.

Now back to my topic for today, I actually want to talk about the reason why a lot of people business really crashed. Do you know that this is the reason that is happening right now. We see some people start a business and in just a matter of time, the business fade. A lot of businesses are not actually having the capacity to have the test of time. A little frustration or discouragements by the business owners, they quickly close up.

Now what happen, I have made my few research and also with the experience from the past, I have actually come to discover that it goes beyond just starting. A lot of businesses that start didn't have accurate structure for maintenance. What do I mean by that, there are a lot of businesses that when they start, they should not have started because the truth is some are just created because of zeal and nothing else.

When they should have started, the business should not have started. I even realised that a lot of them didn't even make proper research about the business before they kickstart. It is another thing for you to have a business idea, it is another thing for you to have the needed research for you to kickstart the business. A lot of people actually just rushed to start the business because they have the idea but the don't realise that it is not yet the time.

A lot of businesses also crashed because there is poor management in the business either by the owner or the people working for the business. When there is poor management system, wrong decisions will be taken in the business that will ruined the business which should not actually be so.

One of the reason I also discovered made a lot of businesses to crash is because they don't make proper use of customer tool. A lot of businesses are just after quantity instead of quality. This point down to what I said in my last post. I think I really talk about the importance of quality over quantity in business. As a business Owner, one of the things you really need to understand is the fact that your customer is your success tool in your business. You must learn to listen to their feedback and make proper use of it before it goes out of hand.

I will like to actually stop here. If you are reading this post and you are actually thinking about starting a business, take a pause, think very well and make sure that you have the needed strategies and structures in place to get it sustained and keeping it going. With that, your business will not fall into the categories of businesses that fold up.

You have highlighted major reasons as to why businesses crash. Yes, you are right that when one have a poor management system, there is possibility that decisions taken would be bad and can affect a business. Every business owner should endeavour to make proper research and structure before embarking on their businesses to avoid closing up later especially when they don't have enough information to keep it going.
