Hey there everyone , it's the business guy and I wanted to share my personal business experience inspired by @damarysvibra . She shared a blog some days ago about her motivation and personal experience in business and I wanted to share mine as well.
Join me as I explore my journey in entrepreneurship, a path full of twists and turns.
From a young age, I always yearned to create something different. The hard work my parents put into their jobs left me longing for something else; something that could be identified with only by me. This thought kindled a flame within me which would not go out.
However, the path to entrepreneurship was anything but straight. It all began with small moments that sparked inspiration: noticing market voids, stumbling on a problem that needed solving or feeling bored at my current job. These sparks piqued my interest and drove me to delve deeper into the world of entrepreneurship.
Taking the plunge was not an easy choice. This decision asked me to give up the surety of a regular paycheck and walk into the unknown. But, I knew deep down that if I did not do it now, I would always ask myself “what if”? Thus, with a mixture of anxiety and joyfulness, I made my jump and started this new chapter.
And what a chapter it has been! Being an entrepreneur is like having a ride on rollercoaster with high points followed closely by lows. There have been triumphs along the way such as getting big clients, launching successful products or overcoming obstacles that appeared impossible then.
These successes confirmed my choice to become an entrepreneur and increased my motivation to keep moving ahead.
However, all has not been plain sailing. Entrepreneurship also comes with its own set of tests such as financial struggles, self-doubt and moments of uncertainties. There were times when I doubted whether I had made the right decision and believed questioning myself if I had whatever it takes to make it through tough times.
However, every obstacle brought about an opportunity for personal growth and learning.
I ponder over my journey, which makes me understand that it is not just about the destination but the entire experience. It’s a learning process, associations and personal growth which one has to achieve on their way. I have been pushed by entrepreneurship out of my comfort zone and made me grow in ways l never thought possible.
But, personal development, should be put into consideration as well. In addition to solving problems through entrepreneurship others are also given an opportunity for job creation or contributing to the society in some ways. The satisfaction I get from the impact my work gives me purpose which money alone can never buy.
The freedom that comes with being an entrepreneur must also be remembered –having control over my day’s timeline, what l love doing and how l can go about it. This is an independence level that enables me to live life according to my own rules while embracing everything that it brings along.
At the end of it all, entrepreneurship is beyond just earning money. One has to chase after what they love, realize their dream and live a life they enjoy. The greatest reward for me is that kind of contentment.
Therefore, I am keen on where my path ultimately leads and the adventures that await me.
But no matter how many trials that may face me, I’m aware that i have the zeal, resolve and enthusiasm to surmount them all.

Hola a todos, soy el empresario y quería compartir mi experiencia empresarial personal inspirada en @damarysvibra. Ella compartió un blog hace unos días sobre su motivación y experiencia personal en los negocios y yo quería compartir la mía también.
Únase a mí mientras exploro mi viaje hacia el emprendimiento, un camino lleno de giros y vueltas.
Desde muy joven siempre anhelé crear algo diferente. El arduo trabajo que mis padres pusieron en sus trabajos me dejó deseando algo más; algo con lo que sólo yo podría identificarme. Este pensamiento encendió en mí una llama que no se apagaba.
Sin embargo, el camino hacia el emprendimiento no fue nada recto. Todo comenzó con pequeños momentos que me inspiraron: notar vacíos en el mercado, tropezar con un problema que necesitaba solución o sentirme aburrido en mi trabajo actual. Estas chispas despertaron mi interés y me impulsaron a profundizar en el mundo del emprendimiento.
Dar el paso no fue una elección fácil. Esta decisión me pidió que renunciara a la garantía de un cheque de pago regular y caminara hacia lo desconocido. Pero en el fondo sabía que si no lo hacía ahora, siempre me preguntaría “¿y si?” Así, con una mezcla de ansiedad y alegría, di el salto y comencé este nuevo capítulo.
¡Y vaya capítulo ha sido! Ser emprendedor es como subirse a una montaña rusa con puntos altos seguidos de puntos bajos. En el camino ha habido triunfos como conseguir grandes clientes, lanzar productos exitosos o superar obstáculos que entonces parecían imposibles.
Estos éxitos confirmaron mi elección de convertirme en emprendedor y aumentaron mi motivación para seguir adelante.
Sin embargo, no todo ha sido un camino de rosas. El espíritu empresarial también conlleva su propio conjunto de pruebas, como luchas financieras, dudas y momentos de incertidumbre. Hubo momentos en los que dudé de haber tomado la decisión correcta y creí cuestionarme si tenía lo necesario para superar los momentos difíciles.
Sin embargo, cada obstáculo trajo consigo una oportunidad de crecimiento y aprendizaje personal.
Reflexiono sobre mi viaje, lo que me hace comprender que no se trata sólo del destino sino de toda la experiencia. Es un proceso de aprendizaje, asociaciones y crecimiento personal que uno tiene que lograr en su camino. El espíritu empresarial me ha empujado a salir de mi zona de confort y me ha hecho crecer de una manera que nunca creí posible.
Pero también se debe tener en cuenta el desarrollo personal. Además de resolver problemas a través del espíritu empresarial, otros también tienen la oportunidad de crear empleo o contribuir a la sociedad de alguna manera. La satisfacción que obtengo del impacto de mi trabajo me da un propósito que el dinero por sí solo nunca podrá comprar.
También se debe recordar la libertad que conlleva ser emprendedor: tener control sobre el cronograma de mi día, lo que me encanta hacer y cómo puedo hacerlo. Este es un nivel de independencia que me permite vivir la vida según mis propias reglas mientras acepto todo lo que trae consigo.
Al fin y al cabo, el espíritu empresarial va más allá de simplemente ganar dinero. Uno tiene que perseguir lo que ama, realizar su sueño y vivir una vida que disfrute. La mayor recompensa para mí es ese tipo de satisfacción.
Por lo tanto, me interesa saber hacia dónde me lleva finalmente mi camino y las aventuras que me esperan.
Pero no importa cuántas pruebas pueda enfrentar, soy consciente de que tengo el celo, la determinación y el entusiasmo para superarlas todas.
