The Ground Work before the Business

We all fantasize that we could be our own boss. Nothing compares to the attraction of the digging grind 9 to 5 and building something of your own. But before you start to meet these theoretical gains, there is some hard work.

Let's just drop the bomb of truth directly in advance - welcome to the "non -profit zone". New normal is to not touch a penny from your business income for at least six months. The first few months are basically business bootcamp. Inventing things, experimenting with what works, and maybe making a few mistakes on the way is just a part of the package. This reality reflects that you has enough personal savings to stay above the water for at least half a year before the start of this brilliant business idea. Think about it as a body building.

Seeing the inflow of money into the business, while it is not possible to use it for personal desires, is similar to the child in the candy shop with his hands tied behind his back. But in the future you make happy dances when all these sacrifices bear fruit.

Here is another piece of gold: In the early days of the business, customer satisfaction is not just a priority, it is the only priority. The priority is to make customers so happy that they name their firstborn after your brand or business name. Happy customers will become return customers and customers' return become a personal cheerleading team and sing the praises of your excellent business for free.

Be personal matters. Names, preferences, stories - these count. When feedback (even not so pleasant types) comes, hearing is necessary because business depends on it. And when things go wrong (as they must), an entrepreneur repair and correct, it shows character. People appreciate effort and integrity more than perfection.

None of this is easy or charming, but the payout is immense. Think of all this initial work as a foundation for the empire. Rome was not built in a day and there will be no successful business. But doing this basic work saves a place for long -term success rather than in a pan.

Actual business preparation before real real business comes to preparing for six months, reinvesting as a boss and forcing clients to feel like a royal rank that they really are. The view of the corner office in the future will stand all the time before it is correct.

The business trip is waiting for those who are willing to throw their sleeves and dirty their hands with real work. The best businesses are not night achievements, but they are achievements that last. Your future success story begins with these basic steps.
