There's this reverse psychology thing I do that is somewhat related to dopamine. I plan to award myself for a job well done even when I don't expect rewards from the job. "Oh I just studying, let's grab some ice cream" Or "I just finished making a crochet order, I now proceed to watch a movie as a reward" I do well to set appealing things as rewards.It works wonders and also helps with my consistency.
