April 29th ➡️ May 6th, 2024Firstly I would like to thank you all for your patience. There was an extended power outage in my area and I have been dealing with a lot of family and visa issues that have distracted me from work. I must admit I feel consumed by stress and I don't feel positive enough to start making blog posts again, but I promise I will do my best to keep ASEAN HIVE running smoothly. The entries from the street food challenge made me realize most of you live near a night market, so that is the theme for this week's challenge, albeit a little late.
Of course there will be food again like last week, but night markets usually have much more than food, so highlighting the market will now be the focus. Of course relevant information like the name of the market, business hours, location, history, etc., are all useful. The heat wave in SE Asia has made it difficult to do lots of outdoor activities, so this night market challenge will provide a chance for you all to create content without losing a few liters of sweat.

It’s been many days we haven’t seen your posts but now we know. When it comes to VISA problems, we already done that last year when my mother applied a tourist visa in the US but she didn’t pass. I hope your problem in there will be fixed. Also, don’t forget to meditate if you’re stressed. It is the most effective way to cast away the negative energy.

So sorry, tourist visa for the USA is impossible, even I can't get one for my family because we have to have so much wealth in Cambodia first. If it were up to me, everyone could go wherever they want to go because nothing is more human than walking, traveling, seeing new places, but we silly humans have carved the Earth up with our imaginary borders.
We are just about to give up on our immigration visa after 5 years, now the US Embassy here won't even communicate with us anymore despite being eligible for an interview.
Respect and love to the successful people present here. You all's skills and photography magnificence always make us discover new horizons. Heat is always a gift from the Creator as nature follows its own rules. Just like the sun, rain, storm, storm always moves according to the Creator's rules.
