I think that a place like Vietnam is banking almost entirely on a vaccine. Their approach of not allowing anyone to ever get exposed to the virus could end up being a bad one, especially if this flattening of the curve thing is all BS (I don't know nor do i care if it is or not). I do know that we can add Da Nang to the long list of places that made an emergency Covid field hospital with several hundred person capacity and then proceeded to NEVER USE IT.
