Jovi used to come up to us and sniff our pant leg in the morning to figure out if we were going to work or hanging around the house. It's crazy just how smart dogs are. Looks like it was a really special day for the two of you!

I've seen a few documentary shorts about how they tried to figure out what it is that goes on with dogs when they seem to "know" something and normally the conclusion they came to was related to scent. It's one of those things that we try to understand but it is kind of just beyond our ability to fathom having that sort of sense.
Yeah, I can believe that. It was definitely her nose that was close to our pants, so she must have known what our work clothes smelled like versus our other clothes.
