There are a lot of places like that here as well. Almost any plot of land gets turned into a dumping ground. The only way to prevent this is to put up a wall and even then I would imagine some people would throw it over the side. Signs are put up saying "no dumping of garbage" but what's the point? People already know that they are not supposed to put their trash on other people's land, they just don't care.

I will monitor this plot of land because I am sure that is exactly what is going to end up happening. It's a shame that people cannot be trusted to behave like human beings without walls, guards, and consequences.
