Hello, fellow hives, thank you for always supporting my blog and I hope you will also support me again. It was two days after we were released from the hospital and our MRI schedules at Cebu doctor's hospital.
My mom felt nervous thinking about the procedure she was about to embark on. We let her relax while waiting. It took about 40 minutes inside the capsule to check what was inside her brain.

We just left it all to God what will be his plan for my mom. After the procedure, we will wait for 2 days to get the result so we will come back some other day.

Since it was already 3 pm we decided to eat early dinner. We went to Robinson Cybergate near Chong Hua Hospital and had our dinner at Hukad restaurant. While waiting for our order we stroll around the place.

An upside-down grape pot
There was their simple Christmas tree and a donkey made of rattan with lights on it. I told my mom to sit on the couch so I could take a picture of her but she refused to sit on it. The one that caught our eyes was the big brown pot near the escalator. I touched it to see if it was made of wood but it was not. It was like an upside-down grapes.
Food stalls everywhere
There were not so many people inside the mall, there were lots of fast food and food stalls. You will never get hungry when you enter this place.

It was about time to go back to the restaurant, we were hungry already, but before we went inside I took some pictures of their menu board outside the store. They also have a cozy interior, their tables and chairs were made of wood. The lights on the ceiling make it more rustic.

After about 20 minutes at last the food arrived. They first served the calamari and the ginataang langka together with the rice. We could not wait for the other food that we ordered because we were so hungry already. So we started to eat what was on our table. After a few minutes, they served the sinigang na isda.

I gave my mom the soup since It was her order. Good for a hungry tummy. Then the remaining viand that we ordered were followed to serve. The scallops, crispy pata, and the pansit guisado together with the fresh cucumber juice.

We enjoyed eating since their food was delicious and in big servings. There are some leftovers and we bring them home. No food should be wasted this time since all commodities are getting higher.
After eating
Before we forget we went to Starbucks which was also inside the mall. My auntie ordered coffee for her daughter and she also bought one for me, a matcha frappe, my favorite.

It was almost 5 pm when we headed home but we stopped by at Angel's Pizza in V.Rama Avenue. They say it was one of the most famous pizzas today. You can see there were lots of grab food waiting in the area. There are lots of orders from the grab food.

By the way, it was my aunt's treat. It was indeed a tired day as we headed home. We arrived at around 7 pm but I could see my mom's face so happy that for a long time she was having a stroll in the city. We lived in the province seldom we had time to visit the city and take a stroll. She whispered to me we will do it next time. I just nod my head and tell her next time again.
The happiness of my mom paints a sadness in my heart. I promise myself to make it up to you. We will have more days together.

As sons and daughters, there are many times we tend to forget the sacrifices our parents had made for us. It was because we had our own life and our own family already. Maybe not all but sometimes we do it unknowingly. It is our wake-up call for all of my siblings. This time we will make the most for our mom. May it never be too late.
