Have you ever experienced having a toothache? It was like your whole body was affected, some say it was more painful than delivering a child.
Many times in my life since I reached 20 I suffered from toothache. It was like every part of your body was aching too. Sleepless and crying nights were unforgettable. You wanted to throw away everything you see. You feel discomfort because the pain ranges from mild to severe. You cannot eat easily cause if it is touched by food hot or cold leads to severe pain that lasts for so many hours. Medicines such as mefenamic lasted only for an hour and the only solution was to go to the dentist and remove the tooth.
That was what my working student Charles suffering for almost two weeks ago. I told him to go to the dentist but he was afraid for it was his first time. He had many alibis for not going and said that it doesn't hurt anymore. It was this time that he suffered for a whole night of pain, I asked him why are your eyes looked like you are crying the whole night. He answered to me because of his tooth.
Inside the clinic
He was about to attend a leadership training at his school but I convinced him not to but rather go to the dentist to get rid of that ache.
The training will not be enjoyed because of the ache that will come back now and then. Thank God I convinced him and on that same day decided to pull out his tooth.
The dentist was applying anesthesia
I went with him to the dentist and while waiting in the lobby he got nervous. I told him to stay calm and everything will be fine. It was his turn to sit on the orthodontic chair and open his mouth so the dentist could see the affected tooth. He was so nervous that the dentist noticed his nervousness. The dentist was talking to him to get rid of being nervous. I just took pictures of him while anesthesia was applied to him.
Tooth was pulled out already
It only takes ten minutes for the dentist to pull out his tooth and never notice it was done already. The dentist gives him his tooth and explains to him the dos and don'ts of taking care of himself after pulling the tooth. The assistant gave us medicine and the instructions for taking them then we paid and went to find ice cream. We take our lunch at Jollibee before going home. His mom came and I let him go home to the mountain so he could take a rest and have some vacation. It only takes ten minutes to pull out a tooth but the pain before pulling was like forever.

When I felt my tooth started to ache I went directly to the dentist and pulled it out because it was not that easy having a toothache. Even if going alone because nobody can help you with the pain that you feel.
