Rich robbing from the poor and has always happened. I would send them the bill for the treatment event though they probably won't ever pay. People have no morals and just don't care.

Sometimes we are able to guilt them into paying for it, even though they act a bit snobby about it when it happens. I don't understand the mindset of some people. You can afford 2 cars but you wont spend $5 on medicine for a dog?
