You are correct in calling this place an unofficial animal sanctuary. I can recall you mentioning the building work taking place here and this must be on going for a few years now so definitely not a quick build and guess it is just an on going project.

They have been working on this place ever since I moved here a long time ago. IT certainly doesn't move fast but in the case of these new buildings where they tore down all the old ones I wish they would get a move on.
