Man, these pictures look depressing as fuck that this is the only option your dog has in the area. Is it like really rare to have a dog as a pet there or what? I don't know how the urban planner (assuming they do it like the US) for your city hasn't thought to include some dog parks here and there or something.

I think that they are paid off or something because when "parks" do get built they end up just being overgrown with unkempt grass and pretty soon after that, just filled up with garbage. Then someone buys the land and it becomes a building.
