Today i want to make a post about my experience when enjoying the view of an Artificial Lake in North Aceh, Indonesia. Besides i want to share the Beautifull view of that Lake, so stay tuned.
On this occasion I would like to share some of the views that I got while enjoying the afternoon on the edge of an artificial lake located in the PT. Arun NGL which is located in North Aceh. This place is usually used as a fishing ground for children, but for some reason this afternoon I didn't see any of them.
This lake was originally a very popular vacation and relaxing place in this area, but as this place is deserted, this lake is neglected and neglected anymore. Even so, the atmosphere there is still beautiful even though it is filled with wild plants along the side of this lake.
The atmosphere here is very nice in the morning and evening. Here is also very quiet and quiet, very suitable for enjoying the scenery. The lake is filled with wild plants and large trees along the sides. This tree grows wild because there is no regular maintenance around this lake.
Not only that, the leaves and wild weeds also grow long, this is very disturbing the view. If they cut it, it would be very nice to look at.
On a sunny afternoon, the sunlight adorns the sky over the very beautiful lake. That's why I really like to enjoy the view in this place in the evening. This place is rarely visited by people because the environment is like a forest and filled with large trees that seem to take over this place. The foundation of this artificial lake is slowly cracking because it is overgrown with moss and parasitic plants which makes the cement foundation weak and eventually cracks.
However, the water conditions in this lake are very clear and calm. Because there are no humans and animals in this place, making the water in this lake very pure, rainwater also helps to purify it, that's why the water in this lake is so clear that its surface is like a mirror.
Although this place is full of wild plants, the good thing is that these plants help make the water in the lake very clear, the situation around the lake becomes fresher and the air here becomes fresher. When you come here in the morning, you will feel the very fresh air produced by the plants that are here.
I saw a log that had fallen on the surface of the lake, and no one moved it. I think this position makes it a photo spot for landscape photographers, it's just that this place is rarely visited, therefore this extraordinary sight is rarely seen by people.
Actually I also don't know this place, but my friend who lives in this area took me to look around and enjoy the surroundings of this lake while taking a walk.
On one side of this lake there is a place like a field, if you can see it, there is a basketball court and many children are playing there, but the field is covered with plants and forests around it.
I managed to catch the orange sunlight that penetrated through the leaves and produced a very good light.
There is also a small soccer field next to the lake. This field is usually used every afternoon and is still well maintained. The children who play here are also very busy, and if I pay attention, it is very fun to play soccer here.
The back side of this lake is very difficult to enter, the path is completely covered by thick bushes and grass. In this place is also overgrown with trees that are tall and parallel to each other.
The thick grass here makes it very difficult for me to touch it, I can't move because of the thick grass, and I'm a little afraid of the venomous beasts that are in the grass because I happen to not bring safety equipment when I go there
And I can only photograph it so far, when trying to enter deeper, I saw a steep ravine right in front of where I was standing. It was very dangerous and I was very careful about it or I would slip and fall into the Lake. The danger is that there is no barrier in this place, so it will be very dangerous if we carelessly enter without being able to see the place that is covered by thick grass.
There is also a warning sign not to fish and hunt animals that roam here. Maybe this rule was used when this place was still functioning properly and maybe there were animals like deer or something that roamed here and they forbade us to hunt them.
But now, everyone is free to fish here and there are no animals like deer roaming here anymore since this place is neglected.
I took the time to take a selfie by the lake, and I almost fell into the water because of that. LOL
Maybe for the whole this place is still very feasible to be used as a tourist spot. However, as time goes by, this place is getting more and more unkempt and its infrastructure is damaged by wild plants. If this place was renovated, the scenery here would be very good, even better than it is now.
Maybe this is just a little story and my experience that I can share about the Artificial Lake which is located in the housing location of PT. Arun NGL located in North Aceh, Indonesia. Hope you enjoy it and see you in another post.
Love the greens! Must be a good place for camping if it is allowed. I wonder what it looks like during sunrise or sunsets seeing the backdrop of the lake with a good lighting!
You're right, but we can come here any time just to look around and enjoy the view. I usually come here in the afternoon because the sunset in this place is my favorite.
That is just great! I wish all landscape like this is accessible to most.
