I love local markets, that's one thing I missed about HOME. I am from Iloilo, so we have the same dialect. I can relate to eggplants, I love eating eggplants as well, especially the "tortang talong". It showed everything I had when I was still back home, the "master siomai" and the "sago at gulaman" for a drink. I am glad everything went well with you. Tortang talong is nice! I also love that! But I'm just not good at cooking it because I can't taste it first then adjust the seasoning. Once you seasoned it, that's it. After you cook it, that's when you can only taste it 😅 It always end up too salty or too bland. What is your favourite siomai in master siomai?
