As our month of November is now in the middle of the month, expected that many events and meetings will I'll be attending and one of it is our ICM Monthly meeting.
We have a scheduled meeting this month in which all groups will gather together and we will be having an update from what happened in the past months of meeting we have by groups.
This time also will be another topic is about to introduce to us as a continuation from the previous topic that has been already finished by every groups.
I am happy to share what happened during the meeting but let me greet and thank first all my supporters here in the community, thanks a lot and God bless you all.
I have received a message from our group chat that we will be having our monthly ICM meeting just near to us, in a Church located here in my town.
It was scheduled to start by 9:00 in the morning but since I have also other things needed to do, I was a bit late when I decided to go to the venue of our meeting.
Finally, I have arrived at the Church where our meeting is to be held and when I go inside the Church, only few were here and the program is not yet started since we need to wait for others to come.
Just a few minutes, many of our brethren is started to come and the ICM Coordinator decided to start the program while waiting for others to come here in the Church.
It started with an opening prayer then followed a Praise and Worship which led by the host Church. We thank and honor God at this moment and we do really feel His presence. It was then followed by sharing a short exhortation of the Word of God, to encourage everyone of us through God's Word.
Now, we are here in our main program in today's meeting which is the ICM Coordinator will be the one who will handle. We give everything to them since, they were the one who knows how the program is going.
First thing first is to update everyone of us based on the last session we have already done, then we will be going to start the 2nd part of the lesson today so that we have an ideas of what to do.
We were also divided in different groups based on our own grouping so that we will be able to know if ever we will do the rest of the lessons in our groups. As groups, we need to discuss and share ideas for us to understand the lessons well.
After then, each groups will also be given a time to share and report based on the discussions we have each groups, and this is a good idea for us so we can learn better.
By 12:00 noon, we take a break for an hour so we can take our lunch. Today's event is all expense by ICM Team and we thank God for all of this, and for providing all the needs.
What they prepared were all very delicious, and I do also like to eat all of this. What I really like to eat is the Fish Soup for it is hot and the same the fish is fresh that makes it very delicious.
Our meeting was then resume around 1:00 in the afternoon in which their were only 4 session left that we need to discuss and at this moment, it was the other coordinator who is now talking and assign to finish the remaining session.
What we are doing now is a practical way on how to lead a small group if ever we finally have created which we can handle them the way what God wanted them to grow spiritually.
We thank God for all the ways and strategies they have shared unto us, in which this will definitely helps us in our current ministry and to all ministry that is coming by God's grace.
It was around 3:15 in the afternoon we our 6 sessions or lessons is finished, and the remaining 4 session or lessons will be done by each of our groups. After then we went home and all of us were very blessed and happy for all the learnings we gain.
