It is indeed a Christmas season as we can smell a cold air every night and a lot of Christmas Decors we can see everywhere. Also at this season many towns and cities will showcase their Christmas Decors and lights.
Now, for my blog post today, I am about to share today the recent visit of me and my cousins to a Christmas Lighting at Iligan City which is one of the much-awaited event to everyone of us every Christmas.
I am very much happy to share this to all of you but before I get started, my thanksgiving and appreciation first to all of you my fellow Hivers and supporters here in the community. From the Admins and all Curators, thanks a lot.
My cousin contacted me and invited me if I want to join them to a visit at a Christmas lighting at the City Hall of Iligan City. At the time I heard this, I immediately said yes as I also want to visit their.
She said that they will be going their by night at 7:00 in the evening. So what I did is, I have prepared early our dinner so I can join with them and will enjoy the sceneries.
That was around 6:00 in the evening when I decided to go to the house of my cousin in which we will be going their together using their van. I just thank God for I got arrived at their house safely.
When I arrived, their just preparing themselves and also take their dinner, in which I have already taken my dinner in our house so I just here waitied for them to finished.
Finally after awhile, they finally finished eating then they prepared themselves so we can go to the City Hall. As we approaching to the place, we've experienced a heavy travel and as we near approaching many people were already their enjoying the lightings.
Now that we finally arrived, we really enjoyed the lightings first in the Iligan City Hall itself as it has a lot of Christmas lights that surrounds and a live orchestra is playing music.
Now that we finally here, we then also started to explore and taking pictures in the Christmas Decors and lightings they have here. We can see here that their are different designs created by different Barangay of the City, this means that this is a contest.
We first went to the Wonderful design here which based on the nativity of Jesus Christ. It is shown that it is made of recycled and organic materials in which it added more creativity and beauty to their creation.
One of our Church young people were also with us here, and so she also asked me to take some of photos of her here in the wonderful Christmas decors and lighting here in the Iligan City Hall.
Many people were here also wanted to see and enjoy the moment here and since our place is very far from here, our time will be limited only and it seems like a rain is coming.
At the time I know that we're only have a few time left to be here, we spend the rest of the time to explore and visit other areas of the City Hall with other designs and which created by other Barangays.
Together with my cousin, my nephew and my niece with our Church young people, we never missed to have pictures with some of the sceneries here like the decorations and everything we can see.
Other Christmas decorations we can see here are the big lanterns or commonly known here in our place as Parol. This is the well known tradition Filipino decorations every Christmas, a star shaped lantern with Christmas lights.
It is indeed very nice to looked at the decorations here most especially the big Parols as it signifies that it is now truly Christmas Season. This is what we always looking forward, visiting and witnessed decorations and lights in different towns.
This will just the beginning as many more towns and cities will be doing their Christmas lighting program and will definitely visit those places soon.
That was around 8:30 in the evening when we decided to go home as it is already too late and we need to travel for almost an hour just for us to got home, and thankfully we just got home safe and blessed.

Wow! Christmas is coming! Ang Ganda naman ng inyong City hall, I hope this Christmas Let's forget expectation and focus on the meaning of this season.
