There are few ingredients about this dish and slightly expensive just like pork, beef or chicken meat. Before we proceed on how to cook, first we must gathered the ingredients;
👉 Meat ( pork, beef or chicken)
👉 Garlic and Onions
👉 Cooking oil
👉 Cabbage or Pechay vegetables
👉 Soy sauce
👉 Salt
👉 Other seasonings
👉 Vinegar
Preparation:
The separated fats will first to cook so that the oil will comes out thru extraction. The oil comes from the fats can also use for sauted the garlic and onions, later on.
How to cook?
First, sauted the onions and garlic using the fat oil. Sauted it until it comes the golden brown color and comes the aroma.
Next, add the well cooked fats and put a small and right amount of soy sauce and mix it properly.
Next, add the meat and a sort of vegtables just like cabbage and or pechay. Mix it very well.
When the meat will become smooth and soft and nearly cook, add the small amount of salt and other seasonings. Cook it for a minutes and ready to serve while it still hot.
