it's likely the airports and airplanes that I am dreading the most. I remember when air travel was something I used to look forward to, now I just hate them. We as a society took something great and made it uncomfortable and basically kind of demeaning.

I agree with everything you wrote there! It's pretty horrible now! I started flying so late in life that I didn't even get to experience the golden days of flying!
