Hello everyone. I'm back and I'm so happy I'm emotionally drained today that's why I've found a good time to post here. As usual, it's been an exhausted days and I'm used to it. It's a part of adulting and it's challenging, but I love challenges especially now that I'm a single mother.

Hi salute to you for being a good mother to your kids. And upon reading and seeing the fried bangus that you cooked made me miss home so much, fried bangus is one of my favorites dish. And it's sounds so delicious the bangus soup that you cooked. I used to cook "sinabawang bangus when I was home but I never tried to fry it before cooking the soup, I will definitely try it once I'm home maybe it's more delicious than the usual way I used to do. I felt sad because I can see bangus in the market here but I cannot buy it for myself because I'm too shy to cook my own food. I'm only turning 3 months here in my employer house so for now whatever they eat that's what I eat too even if tasteless but no choice.. I enjoyed reading your blog . Have a nice day .

it seems new to me, frying then making it a soup. i love malunggay so much. i always had malunggay in every tinola even though malunggay here is very expensive
