yeah... it kind of sucks the fun out of life. Plus Thai officials or pretend officials like rent-a-cops are on high alert and will jump at the opportunity to reprimand you. For me I just stay in my neighborhood and go to ONE local watering hole because going basically anywhere else means you are going to be watched like you are a criminal for just being out of your house. Ok, I'm exaggerating a bit here, but it isn't pleasant.
