I think the success is in a relatively healthy and young population not plagued with obesity. Cambodia hasn't had much problems with COVID-19, and the people that do get it almost never even need to visit the hospital. I chalk it up to lots of bicycle riding, galangal, ginger, lemongrass, manual labor and and a stress-free lifestyle.
