These are a familiar site to me, and the Chinese also brought to Cambodia where they became part of the local cuisine. They are locally called "num-pao," and it seems no matter what country you find these in, the "pao" or "bao" part never changes.

Nice work chef, I wasn't aware you knew how to prepare these steamed beauties.
