Looks like your new neighborhood is very active, can't imagine you'll have to go far to get your daily provisions. A little Vitamin D is nice, many of us have all been indoors too much the last few years.

oh yes.. I actually enjoy the short morning walk and I get to cross over the Saigon River :)
Got to say I excited for the coming weekend to continue exploring this area
