I actually have sensitive reddish scalp now, but it still does much wonders especially my dry damaged hair (after unattended too long during lockdowns)
I am however trying to find a recipe for aloe drinks. I know they are actually quite bitter eaten raw even though properly washed out all the yellow toxic juice.
Any suggestions?
My family and I use boil the aloe with a bit of sugar after washing and dicing, then we keep it in the icebox and add to drinks whenever we like.
