
Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. My family and I not a picky eater with simple food my wife cooks from vegetables in our home garden this post. It's a simple dish cooked from the chemical free vegetables in our home garden again. This dish has only one the main ingredients from the garden : Yardlong bean. This dish is stir-fried yardlong bean with minced pork in oyster sauce.
This time even though there are carrots as an ingredient too, But I can't grow this kind of vegetable in the home garden. So my wife only picked one vegetable from the garden, which was the yardlong bean. Yardlong beans are plentiful in the garden and them are an easy vegetable to grow and care.

Ingredients for stir-fried yardlong beans with minced pork in oyster sauce.
minced pork
yardlong beans
carrots
garlic
oyster sauce
seasoning sauce
pork flavour seasoning powder
water
oil

How to cook stir-fried yardlong beans with minced pork in oyster sauce : Chop the yardlong bean, carrots and garlic.


Put a pan on the stove and heat the little oil, Then add the minced pork and garlic in the pan and stir-fry until the minced pork is cooked.

Then add the yardlong beans and carrots to the pan.

Add water to the pan and stir-fry until all the vegetables in the pan are cooked. Then add oyster sauce and season with seasoning sauce and pork flavour seasoning powder. Stir for a while and turn off the heat.

It's finished, stir-fried yardlong beans with minced pork in oyster sauce. Enjoy 😋
