Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. This post is about vegetables in the home garden and simple dishes my wife cooked again. This morning I planted new vegetables in my home garden. I ordered seeds of various vegetables from an online store. And these vegetable seeds were delivered to my house on Saturday. But last weekend I had to take care of my autistic son, so I didn't plant them. And this morning I tried planting carrots and cabbage in my home garden for the first time. It was the first time planting these two kinds of vegetables. Besides planting carrots and cabbage, I also plant many kinds of vegetables in my garden. Such as corn, rat-tailed radish, yardlong bean, cucumber and other.
I prepared the soil by tilling they to plant these vegetables first.
Then I plant vegetables from their seeds.
In this post I also want to update on the vegetables I planted last month. Now they are growing in my home garden. These are some of the vegetables from all vegetables I planted last month.

For the food in this post, it's lunch. My wife cooked a simple lunch as usual. This time she picked purple eggplant, chili and lemon from the garden as ingredients.
The lunch my wife cooked was Spicy shrimp paste dip, Thai people call it Nam Prik Kapi. Shrimp paste chili dip eat with crispy fried purple eggplant.
Ingredients for Spicy shrimp paste dip (Nam Prik Kapi).
shrimp paste
chili
lemon
garlic
pork rinds
sugar
water
Burn shrimp paste then crush the garlic, chill, shrimp paste and pork rind using a pestle and mortar.
Season with lime and sugar. Then add a little water and stir together.
It's finished, Spicy shrimp paste dip (Nam Prik Kapi).
Crispy fried purple eggplant.
