Hello everything, how are you, I hope you are fine wherever you are on this occasion, I will share my recipe, which is to make a delicious sponge brownie cake and like the children, I always want to share various recipes that I do, hopefully useful for all and hopefully you like it, okay, let's see how I make the cake, the way is very easy.
ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200gr flour
- Sugar 250gr
- 150gr butter
- 50gr chocolate powder
- Soda
I have provided all the ingredients and I will make it excited because my children really like the cake, first I enter sugar and eggs and also a little soda then I mix until it expands white and this is ready for the eggs because it has expanded.
Then I took the butter and then I put it in the container and I continued to mix it until it was smooth, then I put the flour and I tried to use the mixser again to unite the flour into one part.
Only for a moment the flour was fused into one dough and then I took the brown powder that I had gone and I put it in the flour to add a more tempting color.
Well this is the color of the cocoa powder more and more impatient to taste it, I also took a baking sheet and rubbed butter to all parts of the baking sheet so that my dough was not sticky.
And then I put the dough into the pan and I also saw the size was balanced and was ready for me to put it in open and I had to wait for 30 minutes and the cake was ready at it.
I opened the open and saw that my sponge cake was cooked and I tried to get it out of the open and put it on the table first because it was still too hot to hold the baking sheet, when it was cold I let go slowly the sponge cake would look good and not broken.
My children can not wait to cut the ripe sponge cake, I put it on a plate and sprinkle the chocolate series on it so that it is more tempting with the vision we see, when it is finished and I immediately cut the cake because the children are very noisy to cut the sponge cake made by his mother, even though I am not good at all fields but I always try sincerity.
