Appreciate this initiative,
Maybe everyone can't help to clean the beach but they should not be the reason to make it garbage, at least we all can ensure that for ourselves.

Yes, I hope more people will be inspired to help make their communities ba better place, but work to make the system better, so it does not make as much trash. :)
