I was in Istanbul the other month and it felt like 1 in 3 men in public had either nose surgery or a hair transplant. A really interesting thing to have seen.
Turkey is likely the most famous place in the world for this sort of thing but flying there would cost me thousands and therefore the cost/benefit isn't there for me.
