Trying to Cook Beef with Steam Method, Easy and Simple Cook

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well recently. I made a pretty good food and this is just steamed. And this, I have made this often, but today I made a creation by adding vegetables. What is this food?

When it is finished, the taste of this food is similar to beef stew. But only, this uses a steamed method and it is very healthy. Do you want to know how to cook it? Come on, follow me. I have cooked this often. Because I don't want to cook with difficulty. Follow how to make it.

Ingredients
Spices ;

  1. White pepper powder to taste
  2. Garlic powder, one tablespoon
  3. Oyster sauce, one tablespoon
  4. Mushroom broth, one teaspoon
  5. Chili sauce, one tablespoon
  6. Soy sauce, one tablespoon
  7. 150 grams of beef, cut to taste
  8. Pakcok, to taste or to taste
  9. Bean sprouts, one handful or to taste

How to make

  1. Let the beef rice with the spices for 15 minutes so that the spices are absorbed. Store the meat in a heat-resistant aluminum container or other heat-resistant container.
  2. Cut the vegetables, especially the pakcoy, separate from the leaves. Then, clean all the vegetables
  3. Prepare water, add the marinated beef. Then, add the pakcoy stems
  4. Wait until the meat is 3/4 cooked, maybe wait about 20 minutes. then add the bean sprouts and pakcoy leaves.
  5. This method is done so that the meat cooks faster and the vegetables are not overcooked.
  6. After everything is cooked, stir all the ingredients until evenly distributed. The food is ready to be served.

Prepare hot rice. I eat this to break my fast. It tastes good, simple and doesn't take long to cook. If you like this food, you can try it at home. You can replace it with Chicken too. Good luck.

This is unique! I might try this steaming as a cooking method too. And I'll let you guys know how it went.

IT looks more tasty because it has small stock on it. Beef stock is really good especially when your tired or on rainy days.

Agreed, the sauce is very tasty. Even though, I use minimal spices

Wow that dish is perfect for rainy weather. It looks delicious and flavorful. Thats a nice way of cooking meat broth.
