As farvas asa I knew, it is chosen because they don't want to be attractive in public. They can wear colorful dresses when they are all female in a venue lime any party. But infront of the public and male figure, colorful attire is a big no. The female can only show colorful attire when they are in a private place like the husband and wife🤗🤗🤗. Even infront of a male siblings, they are not showing attractive dresses with colors. It must be in dark and the best is black when going outside.😊😊😊 @justinparke
