Ohhh so this is another way to prepare Jackfruit, with soup and meat bones. We usually Cooked it with coconut milk and dried anchovies. I mean that's the only recipe I know for Jackfruit. Thanks for sharing this one. And Aunt Velyn has a tree if Jackfruit you. She harvested some last week and we received one fruit too. It's really cool when you have them in your own garden.
