Happy Thursday everyone, friends.
Today was quite a beautiful day, as the sky was quite sunny in the morning, but as the afternoon progressed, the presence of sunshine began to decrease and the presence of clouds increased in the sky, with light rain in the latter part of the day, due to which the atmosphere today was mixed.
After many days, today I got a chance to participate in a competition in my favorite community. Although I almost expressed interest in participating, I ended up not participating anymore. So, I don't want to waste the opportunity today. Because this topic is also very good, written about his "Favorite Local Places".
There is a historical place very close to my house in Dhaka, which is very familiar to us and local people throng there almost every day in the last part of the day and try to enjoy some good time. I have also been there many times with family members, I have shared numerous photographs of this place.
What I liked the most was that if we did not understand the importance of this historical place, many foreign tourists would come to see it and research its historical indications. I have seen foreign tourists from many countries here, they used to come here with full teams and give time.
This can be observed in the case of local people of all countries, historical references may not be as important to them as they are to foreigners. One more thing here, the entry fee for us was only 0.20 cents but for any foreigner it was 10 dollars.
For this we all used to go there with great pleasure and enjoy some beautiful moments with a nominal entry fee. But to me it's a great place, with a large open area inside, surrounded by flower gardens and very iconic structures. Which still remain as memories of the history of Indian subcontinent. History survives in the midst of these ages.
See, why would I not prefer such a local place to present the past history to the present generation, to spread among them the stories of past victories and to make them interested in the historical landmarks of the country.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
I am a determined girl, I want to take myself to great heights. I know the challenge is tough, but I still want to go ahead and test my abilities. I don't want to lose before I lose, but I want to win through struggle. I love to write, I love to express my imagination.
That's impressive. It looks like they put a lot of time in keeping the place clean and the plants are well maintained as well. Lovely!
What a beautiful place, hope I could visit this some day. Good luck on the challenge.

Your description paints a vivid picture of the historical place near your house. It's wonderful how it bridges the past and present, welcoming visitors from around the world.
Indeed, past experiences provide a great bridge between our present and our past.
This is really amazing place everyone should come here very nice and comfortable
It's easy to see why this is one of your favorite local places. Despite having to pay each time you visit, it's somewhat affordable and it looks well cared after. I think I have seen this place in some of your other posts, am I right? The gardens look very familiar to me. I have been to India once before, mostly West Bengal, and some day I hope I can visit the other side of the border.
