Hello everyone!

Last Sunday afternoon, we went out including my two years old nephew. My nephew was very excited going out. I can feel his excitement because he is always at the boarding house all the time. He is very eager to go out and see what's he could discover outside. 🥰
My brother, his wife and I agreed to go to Time Square together with our little boy. Gladly, kids are allowed to go out that day. The kids needs to be accompanied by fully vaccinated parents or guardians. Thankfully, the three of us are all fully vaccinated. So, after my nephew changed clothes. We headed to Time Square. It is just a walking distance from the boarding house. We only walked going there.
While walking, my nephew has a lot of questions and very talkative. He keeps on asking as what he saw. 😁😁😁 That's the reaction of being a prisoner inside the boarding house. Lols!
Most of the words that comes out from the mouth of my nephew was Wow! What's that? Nice. 😁 When he saw vehicles he is so loud. 😁 He can identify already what kind of vehicle it is just like motorcycle, tricycle, car, taxi, van, trucks, and busses. He is good at it. 🥰
When we arrived at Time Square, we go directly at the second floor where there's a big Christmas tree. Upon seeing the big Christmas tree my nephew said, Merry Christmas!. 🥰 Everytime he saw Christmas trees or Christmas lights he will say Merry Christmas!. Then we will say, It's Christmas tree and Christmas lights. Merry Christmas to you! 🥰 That's why my nephew keep saying Merry Christmas everytime he see the Christmas tree and lights. 😁😁
Then, we had our souvenir pictures with the shining Christmas tree. 🥰

We did not stay long there. After a short walk and sight seeing, we go back home.
My nephew had a happy and tiring Sunday. 😁🥰

😁Did your nephew will nag you to buy toy when he saw toy shop? I still remember on my youngest cousin will cry or make grumpy face when did not buy stuff that she like.
He did not because we didn't enter a toy store. 😁
We don't have budget for toys. We only roam around and went home. Haha
Yup yup I wanted to ask something like this too, or maybe Christmas gifts 😏

im sure he is an intellegetn kid sis. Im glad he got out of thte house that day. I heard the kids were not allowed to go out again.

Yes sis feeling ko bright ne na bata. He now knows ABC, numbers, shapes, colours and some others like his name and his parents, etc.🥰

I bet you are a very fun aunt to have. It looks like the two of you had a special day together. If you don't mind me asking, why does stay in a boarding house? Are his parents too far away in the countryside and want to leave him in the city for a better life and education?
I ask because these are common things in Cambodia, although most people try to send their kid to a family member's house who lives in an urban area.
I think so I am a fun aunt. 🥰 We had a great time together. 🥰
They are in boarding house because his father is working here in Cebu and his mother stops working starting pregnancy until now. We can't afford to own house and lot here because it is too expensive.
This coming Christmas we are all going home and I think my nephew and his mother will stay in our home for good. It depends on the decision of my brother.
It is usually the situation here in Philippines or even in other SE Asian countries.
