Today, I gonna share my very own simple way of making creamy gelatin.
Last night, I am craving of jelly. Lucky enough that I have readily available ingredients. So, I started the making of a simple jelly with three ingredients only using a rice cooker.
Ingredients:
- Jelly Powder
- Angel Kremdensada
- Pineapple Tidbits
- Water
Procedures:
- Pour water in a rice cooker pot.
- Pour the jelly powder and dissolve.
- Turn on the rice cooker and continue stirring until it boils to avoid lumps.
- Add angel kremdensada and continue stirring until it boils again.
- Stir continuously until achieved the desired creaminess and it thickens.
- Remove from the rice cooker. Let it cool and transfer in the food container.
- Add the pineapple tidbits and let it totally cools down.
- Put it in the fridge or chiller overnight.
- The next day it is ready to serve! It is good as desserts or snacks.
That's how simple the creamy jelly recipe I have. My cravings has been satisfied. Kiddos will surely love it as my little nephew loves it! I do love it, too! Coz it is not too sweet! The sweetness is just good with my taste buds.
Note: It's not only three ingredients coz water is number four on the list! 😁😁😁

What an interesting jelly snack, I am more used to seeing coconut milk in things like this. Is gelatin or agar agar more common in the Philippines for jelly powder. Thanks for sharing chef 👩🍳.

Gelatin or agar-agar is very common here in Philippines. That's what we use in preparing jelly.
