I !LUV the concept of the "hot pot"... it reminds me of #soups I usually make, and we tend to make stir-fries and casseroles with this quick and simple philosophy here in Canada. What you call "lady fingers" looks like what we call "okra" in other parts of the world... but I'm a bit confused about the "cloves" which look to me like a lettuce of some sort.
