I had another preparation that I prepare for my daughter's birthday and that was buying a cake for her. Although, we already ordered and bought a cake for our daughter but it's better to have lots of cake for our daughter.
The day before our daughter's birthday, we prepare something for our daughter. One of our preparation that I thought was buying another cake for our daughter in the place where I work.
The name of the store was Aure Sanchez and this cake store was one of the famous cake store here in the place where I work. We (together with my colleagues) always order cakes in their store whenever there's an occasion in our company or event.
Ordering a cake in the place where I work is one of my dreams for my family to eat these kind of cake because it's not every day that we will eat this kind of cake.
I already decided to buy cake from this store a week or two weeks before our daughter's birthday. Yeah, I claim or I went to their store the day before our daughter's birthday since I cannot claim it here on the day of our daughter's birthday because it's a little far away from the place where I work to the place where we celebrate our daughter's birthday.
So yeah, I went on walking there and I actually reserve the cake beforehand with the help of my colleague (thanks to her). And when I went to the place, the order is already there waiting for the customer (myself) to arrive and get it.
When I went to their store, there were different kinds of cakes that they display. There were ube cake, yema cake, and their specialty the chocolate cake. It's not that they have long rectangular cakes but they also have cakes in a long cup.
I was delighted to see their store while the owner was busy preparing for other stuffs, too. The owner asked on what do I do, I told the owner that I came here to get my order and it's already been paid.
I also told the owner that my order was displayed in their display table and it was a yema cake that I ordered. So, the owner directly went to the table and grab the yema cake. I knew that it was my order because it has a dedication named (Yannisse) which was my daughter's name.
So, after the owner getting the yema cake, the owner asks me on where will I go and is it near to my place. I told the owner that I will commute on going home and it takes an hour or so to get to my home.
The owner packed the cake carefully so that it will not get damage when I arrived at my place and she told me that be careful with the cake because they are delicate.
I was thankful to the owner that she was caring until she handed me the cake that I ordered myself. I am pretty sure that my daughter will loved this kind of cake because there's a name written on the cake itself.
