Thanks alot! Strangely enough its almost identical to the ingredients in my Home made Thai curry paste only changes I make are adding slow roasted green peppers and Pickled Lime Rinds.

not a problem at all :D Lemon works just as well. I only use lime peel because a morrocan buddy of mine pickles his own and always shares.
