Hoy Quiero hablarles de la Citronela.
Esta planta crece como un arbusto de color característico verde oscuro y es muy conocida por sus beneficios medicinales.

Today I want to talk to you about Citronella.
This plant grows as a characteristic dark green shrub and is well known for its medicinal benefits.

Tiene un aroma alimonado y su té es usado para gripes comunes, con sesiones nazales, asmas entre otros. Aquí en Venezuela se está utilizando mucho para combatir los primeros síntomas de COVID-19,viendo resultados y aliviando malestares de garganta.

It has a lemony aroma and its tea is used for common flu, with nazaral sessions, asthma among others. Here in Venezuela it is being used a lot to combat the first symptoms of COVID-19, seeing results and alleviating sore throats.

Thanks to you @joseluis91 I have learned that malojillo is citronella. And I have a great plant in my garden that I use in tea for flus, as a relaxant and for blood pressure. But I didn't know that was citronella. I had only heard its name in cleaning products as a household freshener. Thanks for your input.
