Soooo Christmassy in it's colour and perfect for summery ice tea! You certainly could do a cold weather mulled alcohol free 'wine' - I'm think a splash of roselle oxymel, Chrissy spices, and roselle tea? Just a thought...

Yes, it's a perfect Christmas drink option. But I drink it much of the year - makes a smashing cocktail with just plain old vodka and a splash of pomegranate juice.
