It's the beginning of the month and as you might already know, our theme this month is DETOX.
You can write anything around this theme you like!
- How might plants be used to detoxify?
- What do we need to detox from, if at all, and how might plant medicines assist this?
- What is your experiment with detoxs?
- Are detoxs even necessary?
The challenge will run for two weeks to give everyone a chance to write. As usual early submissions will win a post beneficiary of the week one wrap up!

Fabulous topic @theherbalhive! My liver has been asking for some support so I'm currently overdosing on milkthistle and dandelion. I love detoxes. Not necessarily the process but the end result is amazing.
