To wrap up the trio, let's head to "Tenso" or "T10," two names for the same wave. Each with a different meaning.
Tenso: Named by the first surfers there, it refers to "tension" because it's an extremely shallow entry, with just a blade of water, but then it transforms into a line with a technical, deep tube, and still offers great maneuvers at the end.
T10: This name came from a joke among us at the NXF Slab team. A friend who was on the team went surfing there one day and said it was really big, really good, but he was alone and had no images to prove it. He even claimed it was bigger than the ledge's limit... So we started teasing his report, saying there were 10-foot waves! This joke repeated so much that today many call the wave T10, which would mean "Tenso with 10-foot waves."
Jokes aside, the wave is truly sensational. As perfect as a wave pool, it can reach up to 1.5m. In the best conditions, you can catch waves with two tubes and still pull off a strong maneuver at the end. An extremely fun and beautiful spot, and an excellent school for new bodyboarders.

The island where "T10" is located is called "Ilha do Sapo" because from the beach's perspective, the rock resembles a frog, and it has been known by this name for many years.

[PT] Essa com certeza é a onda mais clássica que temos no estado! Constante, perfeita e apaixonante!
Pra fechar a tríplice, vamos para o "Tenso" ou "T10", dois nomes para uma mesmo onda. Cada um com um significado diferente.
Tenso: Nome dado pelos primeiros a surfar lá, que remete a "tensão" pois se trata de uma entrada extremamente rasa, com apenas um lâmina de água, mas que depois se transforma em uma linha com um tubo técnico, profundo e ainda proporciona grande manobras no final dela.
T10: Esse nome veio de uma brincadeira de nós do time NXF Slab. Um amigo que era do time foi surfar um dia por lá, e disse que estava muito grande, muito bom, mas que estava sozinho e sem registro de imagens. Chegando a dizer que um tamanho maior que o limite da bancada... Então começamos a satirizar o relato, dizendo que tinham 10 pés de onda! Essa brincadeira se repetiu tanto que hoje muito chamam a onda de T10, que signifiria "Tenso com 10 pés de onda".
Brincaidas a parte, a onda realmente é sensacional. Tão perfeita como um piscina de ondas, podendo chegar até 1,5m. Nas melhores condições é possível pegar ondas de dois tubos e ainda aplicar uma manobra forte no final dela. Lugar extremamente divertido e bonito, e uma excelente escola para novos bodyboarders.

A ilha a qual "t10" se encontra, se chama "Ilha do Sapo", pois da visão da praia, a pedra tem formato de sapo, e assim é conhecida há muitos anos.
