I was at Talia's house taking some photos of her against a -momentarily- white wall in her living room. The photos were turning out perfect, as expected when working with her. It occurred to us to take some photos with a scarf covering her -then- very long hair, but she realized that she didn't have anything like that in her wardrobe. She returned from her room with a sarong wrapped around her neck that seemed perfect to me. The contrast later in post to convert it to black and white was quite simple, since the garment she was wearing was green, the cloth on her head was red as were her lips. Nothing better to convert to monochrome, leaving her light skin contrasting with the dark of her hair, lips and the improvised scarf.
Estaba en casa de Talia haciéndole algunas fotos contra una -momentáneamente- pared blanca de su sala. Las fotos iban quedando perfectas, como era de esperar cuando trabajo con ella. Se nos ocurrió hacer algunas fotos con algún pañuelo cubriendo su -entonces- larguísimo pelo, pero ella se dio cuenta que no tenía nada parecido en su guardarropa. Regresó de su cuarto con un pareo enrollado en su cuello que me pareció perfecto. El contraste luego en post para convertirlo a blanco y negro fue bastante sencillo, pues la prenda que vestía era verde, el paño en su cabeza era rojo al igual que sus labios. Nada mejor para convertir a monocromático, dejando su piel clara contrastando con el oscuro de su pelo, sus labios y su improvisado pañuelo.
