Monomad: Sipping Nectar

These images were captured last January, during the rainy season. I noticed a Scoliid wasp was sipping nectar from the Siamese weed blossom at that moment. There were so many white Siamese weeds in bloom, and the wasp was gleefully sucking nectar from one flower to another as if it didn't care about the other insect pollinators.

This will be my submission for today's #monomad contest. Even though I've altered it to black and white, I'm sure you can envision what it looked like in color.
