This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge
It's been almost two weeks since I not took out my beloved macro lens to look for insects because of several time-consuming activities that left me with no free time. Today at around 10.30 I took the opportunity to hunt for insects again at usual spot and luckily I managed to catch an interesting beetle that I found on a wild plant in the bush area.
This beetle was detected with the scientific name Cyclocephala lurida, with the physical appearance of the beetle being predominantly brownish yellow. Cyclocephala lurida itself is a beetle in the Scarabaeidae, and I have uploaded some photos of it below:

What I love about macro photography is being able to appreciate details that normally escape the eye. Excellent photos!
