The grasshopper is one of the insect species that is widespread throughout the world with various variations of its species and in this post I want to share some photos of grasshoppers that I found in a corn garden belonging to a resident of the interior of Aceh Utara, Indonesia, yesterday.
As we know grasshoppers are one of the pests for cultivated plants, so some farmers consider grasshoppers to be pests, but if the number of grasshoppers is small, of course their presence will not be a problem for farmers.
As for the grasshoppers I mean Melanoplinae, a subfamily of rice locusts in the Acrididae family. And here are some photos:
