Yes it is mid-July and there is still some snow to be found up here on the mountaintops. Fairly typical actually. Makes for some great black & white photography too. The white snow in contrast with the trees and shadows works well. This is my entry for #monomad. Which is your favourite?

Very cool. The shadows the of the first shot play a reflective role. Almost like a world upside down.
