Hello Hive!
Today I will show you a roundup of photos taken a few months ago. In reality, the photos taken on that occasion were many more and I will show them to you on a future occasion, when I will make a new excursus on the place where I was and which I partly visited.
Where is the place? It is in a small town along the valley that starts from Massa and climbs towards the mountains, following the course of the Frigido River: Forno. I often pass there on my bike and that time I decided to stop near one of the most characteristic and in my opinion little exploited buildings in the town. In fact, over half a century ago the complex which today is known as the ex Forno's spinning mill was set aside. Well, I don't want to reveal anything else, which I will do in a future post will showing the whole series of photos taken with my smartphone. Today I will show you a black and white reinterpretation of some of them; and considered the theme - why not? - I decided to bring it to the attention of dear @brumest with his contest for black and white photos - the #monomad challenge -, now the cornerstone of the photography tag here on Hive. Thanks @brumest and @monochromes for your efforts.

Oggi vi mostrerò una carrellata di foto scattate qualche mese fa. In realtà le foto scattate in quell'occasione erano molte di più e ve le mostrerò in un'occasione futura, quando farò un nuovo excursus sul luogo in cui mi trovavo e che ho in parte visitato.
Ma dov'è il posto? Beh, si trova in un piccolo paese lungo la valle che parte da Massa e sale verso monti, seguendo il corso del Fiume Frigido: Forno. Spesso ci passo in bicicletta e quella volta ho deciso di fermarmi vicino a uno degli edifici più caratteristici e secondo me poco sfruttati del paese. Più di mezzo secolo fa fu accantonato il complesso che oggi è conosciuto come l'ex filanda di Forno. Ebbene, non voglio rivelare nient'altro, cosa che farò in un prossimo post che mostrerà tutta la serie di foto scattate con il mio smartphone. Oggi vi mostro però una reinterpretazione in bianco e nero di una manciata di quel bottino; e considerato il tema - perché no? -, ho deciso di portarlo all'attenzione del caro @brumest con il suo concorso per foto in bianco e nero - the #monomad challenge - ormai caposaldo del tag #photography qui su Hive. Grazie @brumest e @monochromes per i vostri sforzi.
